1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "qqnus," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the online betting platform operated at https://qqnus.cam and its associated services.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the qqnus platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a User to access qqnus services.
• "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and related services offered by qqnus, including sports betting, live casino, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and other games of chance.
• "Bet" refers to any wager placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or lottery draw through the qqnus platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive offered by qqnus to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the qqnus platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Services.

qqnus reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. 3. Eligibility

To use qqnus Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. qqnus strictly prohibits minors from registering or gambling on our platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide valid identification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or be physically located within Indonesia at the time of account registration and betting activity. qqnus does not accept Users from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. By registering, you confirm that you are not under any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into this agreement.
• Single Account: Each User is permitted to hold only one active account on qqnus. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts opened under false identities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure and forfeiture of all balances.

qqnus operates under an international license and is hosted offshore. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of qqnus Services complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

To access qqnus Services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification (KTP or passport)
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (to verify you are 21 years or older)
• Mobile phone number
• Residential address
• Preferred username and secure password

You agree to keep your account credentials confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify qqnus customer support immediately at [email protected].

qqnus reserves the right to request additional documentation for account verification purposes, including but not limited to government-issued ID (KTP), proof of address, and selfie verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

5. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

qqnus is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and fraud. As part of our legal obligations, we implement strict Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. All Users must complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals above Rp 5.000.000 or at qqnus's discretion.

Required KYC documents include:

• Government-issued photo ID (KTP or passport)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last 3 months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence)
• Selfie holding your ID next to your face

qqnus reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions, unusual betting patterns, or Users from high-risk jurisdictions. We may also request source of funds documentation for deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000.

6. Deposits and Payment Methods

qqnus accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay

Minimum deposit: Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). qqnus does not charge deposit fees, but your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes during banking hours (08:00 - 16:00 WIB for bank transfers). E-wallet deposits are processed 24/7 and typically arrive within 10 minutes. If your deposit does not appear within the stated timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

7. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) for withdrawals above Rp 5.000.000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal: Rp 100.000.000 per transaction, Rp 500.000.000 per month.
• All bonus-related wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings.

Withdrawal processing times:

• Bank Transfer: Average 3-5 minutes during banking hours (08:00 - 16:00 WIB). Off-hours requests are processed within 24 hours.
• E-Wallets: Average 5-10 minutes, 24/7.

qqnus reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, breach of terms, or if additional verification is required. In such cases, we will notify you via email and request further documentation.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

qqnus offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 25x, 30x) before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%, and sports betting 100%. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet: While wagering a bonus, the maximum bet per spin or round is typically Rp 50.000. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Expiration: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period (e.g., 30 days). Unused or incomplete bonuses will be forfeited after expiration.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may only have one active bonus at a time. You cannot claim a new bonus until the previous bonus is completed or forfeited.

qqnus reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close accounts if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or exploiting software errors. All bonus decisions are final.

9. Betting Rules and Fair Play

All bets placed on qqnus are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming. qqnus will not cancel or modify bets after confirmation, except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction).

qqnus reserves the right to void bets, withhold winnings, or close accounts if we detect:

• Match-fixing or insider betting
• Arbitrage betting or bonus abuse across multiple platforms
• Use of automated betting software or bots
• Coordinated betting or collusion with other Users
• Exploitation of technical errors or software bugs

Maximum payout per bet: Rp 500.000.000. Maximum payout per day: Rp 2.000.000.000. In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, qqnus's decision is final. For sports betting, official results from governing bodies (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, PSSI) are used to settle bets.

10. Responsible Gaming

qqnus is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you manage your betting activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds.
• Session Time Limits: Receive reminders after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from qqnus Services for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure.

11. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on qqnus:

• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Colluding with other Users or engaging in fraudulent betting practices
• Reverse engineering, hacking, or attempting to manipulate the platform's software
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your location (unless approved in writing by qqnus)

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

12. Limitation of Liability

qqnus provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, qqnus disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

qqnus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your qqnus account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

qqnus is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, payment processor errors, or force majeure events.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which qqnus is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and qqnus.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

14. Amendments to Terms

qqnus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Material changes will also be communicated to Users via email. Your continued use of qqnus Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
